Book of Remembrance entry

LL.D (Hons) B.A. LL.B., His surname and initials are listed in the back of the Book of Remebrance in the Combatant Section, noted as a member of the university who joined the Company, volunteered for active service, and having been accepted for the A.I.F. was in camp at Liverpool preparatory to leaving for the Front, October 1918 when the Armistice was reached. A member of the Sydney University Scouts from 1922 and Commanding Officer of Sydney University Regiment 1937-1940. Served in World War II in the North African campaign, Siege of Tobruk, South West Pacific theatre, New Guinea Campaign and the Borneo Campaign.
